What is the difference between stainless steel 304 and 201?
304 contains more nickel and chromium, so it resists rust, acids and cleaning chemicals much better. We recommend it for anything that touches food or stays wet. 201 costs less and works well for dry storage, frames and light-duty furniture.
Can you build equipment to my exact size?
Yes. Most of our work is custom. Send the dimensions, a sketch or photos of the space; we reply with a drawing and a price, and start production once you approve the drawing.
How long does manufacturing take?
Standard items in the shop usually ship within a few working days. Custom pieces and tanks depend on size and quantity; we confirm the date with your quote.
Do you deliver and install outside Cairo and Giza?
Yes, we deliver across Egypt. Installation is available for kitchens and tanks; the cost depends on the location and is confirmed before you order.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or card and mobile wallet through our secure online checkout. Large custom projects are paid in stages agreed in the quote.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
Inspect the order on delivery and tell us within 48 hours. Manufacturing defects are repaired or replaced free of charge. See the refunds policy for details.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Our factory is in Industrial Area 2, 6th of October City. Call ahead so an engineer is available to meet you.
